As a single mother with a 3 yr old toddler, I am extremely disappointed with Blossoms 'n Such (Parksville, BC). One day before Valentine's Day, I wanted to buy some roses for myself and got kicked out. My mistake was that I showed up with a toddler in a wagon. My son is too old for a stroller and we had errands to run. I had to use the wagon for errands and to pick up small items. No staff member offered to assist or take the lead to get us some flowers. I called on a holiday weekend and Blossoms N Such had their orders filled for the day. When the kind gentlemen on the phone found out that the occasion was a 40th Anniversary he took the order. The arrangement was exquisite with fresh flowers and a beautiful design. Thank you for the extra special service. You made my sister and brother-in-laws day EXTRA special. Great Job!
They are always amazing we have been using them for over 20 years never one issue huge love and highly recommend
