I went for a massage yesterday to treat myself for my birthday. As a fellow rmt I am greatly disappointed! First off the two staff members were very welcoming and friendly so I do really appreciate that. Before my massage they asked what my problems were. I said my glute med/min and my upper traps. She did not work on my lower back at all which is fine, but that's not even the worst part. During my massage when I was face down a phone started ringing in the room.
