Got some flowers from here for Mother's Day to be delivered to my step-mother on Sunday. I spoke on the phone with Kim, who made the process very smooth and was incredibly helpful. Her tone and way of speaking was very kind; the type where you feel like the person on the other end genuinely wants to help rather than simply do their job. Great service. Thank you Kim!
