I ordered a plant to go to my boss on Boss Day from Blossom Florist at 800-517-0882. After ordering on line, I called the 800 number to confirm. The woman assured me that all was set and the plant would be delivered. I returned home 2 days later to find the plant on my doorstep. When I called Blossom, I could not get the supervisor, Jill, to call me back. One week later, I finally got Jill on the phone. She was RUDE and unhelpful and refused to admit their error.
