Here is what I wrote I ordered the sympathy flower arrangement for our family friends in Houston, Texas. I selected and paid for an arrangement based on the photographs displayed on their website. While the flowers were delivered on time, the arrangement that arrived looked nothing like the one I ordered. The product I paid $234.22 for was completely misrepresented. Flowers not delivered on scheduled date. Was for a wedding so told them to cancel bc couple out of town after that. They then claimed to have delivered them the following Saturday. They refused a refund. Then said they would research. Then somehow did deliver a week after the Saturday that would have been 3 days late so now 10 days late. They still weren’t home and thankfully were able to ask a family member to go over and bring in. Would not ever use again
We ordered a $100 bouquet to be delivered in the anniversary of a death. Not only did it not get there, there were no calls or updates. We’ve left three messages and have not heard back. The flowers were finally delivered today and looked wilted and like they were grocery store flowers. Very disappointed.
If I could give a minus ten rating, I would! I called Blossoms at 8:30 on a Thursday morning and asked for a vase of a dozen roses to be delivered by noon to a funeral at Second Baptist Church directly across the street. I knew I was asking a favor for quick service, but the woman on the phone absolutely refused my request. If I could give zero stars I would. This is the absolute worst flower service I’ve ever encountered. Ordered a wreath for my mom’s birthday two days ago and it STILL has not been delivered. I called three times the first day and twice today. No one cares, no one offers a refund, they can’t tell you what happened or why it wasn’t delivered. When I called today she assured me it would be delivered today since it wasn’t delivered yesterday. I said I wanted it to her ASAP since my delivery date was yesterday.
