We ordered a $100 bouquet to be delivered in the anniversary of a death. Not only did it not get there, there were no calls or updates. We’ve left three messages and have not heard back. The flowers were finally delivered today and looked wilted and like they were grocery store flowers. Very disappointed.
If I could give a minus ten rating, I would! I called Blossoms at 8:30 on a Thursday morning and asked for a vase of a dozen roses to be delivered by noon to a funeral at Second Baptist Church directly across the street. I knew I was asking a favor for quick service, but the woman on the phone absolutely refused my request. If I could give zero stars I would. This is the absolute worst flower service I’ve ever encountered. Ordered a wreath for my mom’s birthday two days ago and it STILL has not been delivered. I called three times the first day and twice today. No one cares, no one offers a refund, they can’t tell you what happened or why it wasn’t delivered. This company is a total scam, not only was it for my beloved Brother home going service, everyone that I know that was sending flowers to Montgomery Alabama was told they didn’t have what was ordered in stock the day of the service and wanted me to pay an additional fee to reach out to a local florist for assistance. Not only did I purchase 1 I purchased 2 arrangements for 349 each totaling over $700 and tipped but need $120. This company is a disgrace and need to take down there site. Bad business especially when bereaved f... read more
