I would not recommend Blossoms Bridal to anyone after my experience there. I originally made my appointment to look at wedding dresses, but after finding my dress at a different shop the day before, I called Blossoms to see if I could look at bridesmaids dresses during my appointment instead. Despite the fact that they told me over the phone that it would not be a problem to do this, my consultant was extremely rude towards both me and my party. Worst bridal shop experience ever. Consultants immature & rude. Inventory torn & dirty
I found Blossoms Bridal after a customer service nightmare at another local shop. I knew the exact dress I wanted, but was having a hard time finding anyone who carried it. Even through Blossoms Bridal did not carry it that particular Mori Lee style, they were happy to order it for me. The dress came in early, and it was perfect (with some small alterations), which I had done at Blossoms Bridal as well. Everyone at the shop was so nice and great to work with from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.
Every bride in St. Louis must stop by Blossoms! Every bridal shop I was in had the same dresses, same service, same limitations. This is an absolute must on your wedding gown checklist. Highly recommend setting some time aside to experience something new. Make an appointment, just to make sure you get all the time you need. Bring your friends and have fun with it. I stopped by Blossom's when I was on a search for a bridal dress. I tried on a couple dresses, and they felt so comfortable and looked amazing! The quality of these dresses is so much better than any other bridal shop I've been in. The white dresses for some reason look SO much whiter than the other dresses I saw in previous stores. The only downfall is the lack of dressing room space. It does is pretty crowded quickly, but the dresses and customer service is so great its DEFINITELY worth it.
