I received a big beautiful arrangement from a good friend on Tuesday for my first day back to work from maternity leave. By Thursday, the flowers were dying. I called on Saturday to let them know. They told me they would send a replacement and place the flowers I received outside for them to take. I thought this was strange to begin with… like they didn’t believe me. I deleted my review for Blossoms and Bubbly from the owner's website. I had confused this shop with Blossom Floral Delivery which I rated 2 stars. I am sorry my review is still appearing anywhere on Google. I will rate this owner's store with 5 stars for any distress I may have caused. Apologies!

Ordered flowers for grandma, they marked it delivered but she didn’t get anything. Called them and they said delivery man doesn’t know the gate code. So they know that its not delivered but still mark it delivered. Weird shop, If I hadn't asked my grandma about the bouquet, they wouldn't have delivered it, and they wouldn't have returned the money. UPD: Grandma got the bouquet, but experience is still in my memory.
