I had an extremely disappointing experience with Blossom Flower Delivery. The flowers were not delivered on the scheduled date. When contacted, they asked if delivery the following day would be acceptable due to the delay—given the circumstances, I agreed. Unfortunately, it only got worse from there. They had the address wrong, which caused further delays, and then informed me the flowers would not arrive until after the funeral service they were meant for. Terrible customer service. I ordered flowers for a special occasion for my mother and the day of delivery they emailed me to tell me they wouldn’t get there until the next day. Very disappointing and will never order from them again.

I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered on a certain date. They didn’t even attempt to contact me or the person who was going to get it. Took upon themselves to pick another day The arrangement wasn’t even all that Will never use this florist again.
