Terrible customer service. I ordered flowers for a special occasion for my mother and the day of delivery they emailed me to tell me they wouldn’t get there until the next day. Very disappointing and will never order from them again.

I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered on a certain date. They didn’t even attempt to contact me or the person who was going to get it. Took upon themselves to pick another day The arrangement wasn’t even all that Will never use this florist again.
