i.If I could give them a 1/4 star that would be too good. Absolutely terrible; would never use again. Incompetent when it comes to completing an order. The order was discussed at length regarding the precise flowers and the affectionate name on the ribbon, none of which was delivered. I was given the lame excuse that they didn't have the letters for the name.
