AVOID!! Took my car in for a broken passenger glass window after someone broke into it. I coordinated with RogeR (this is how the name is spelt on the business card) for the estimate on a Monday and mentioned that aside from the glass door, I needed to have the door trim panel replaced as well. Wednesday I was told the door trim panel part was discontinued but said the glass for the door was available to order and Blossom Valley Collision could do the repair. Worst experience you can get from a body shop specially if you get Roger Nunez brought my car to get repaired he never updated me on the parts or the process. My insurance was the one to get communication with them. I got cashed out method due to some internal damage that was done to my car before it was taken, but upon picking it up my car some of the parts that were not damaged were damaged and the body shop says that they can't do nothing about it
Never taking my car here again for repairs. All the paint on my car that they "replaced" looks like they had the buffer machine on it for too long, I was told everything that was fixed and replaced was brand new, but after my first car, wash and washed off all the wax that they used to cover up all the scratches with.
