We needed an arrangement for a funeral in Adams and this is the only local florist. Had I had known the quality of this florist, I would have had our local florist put together the arrangement and brought it with us. The original customer service was good, however I am still waiting for someone to call me back to share how unhappy we were with the arrangement. I had ordered a PLANT to be sent and instead was told they had received a basket of flowers? What? What I had been charged to my credit card and what I had ordered were two different things. Whatever you do, find another florist and don't use Blossoms in Arkdale, Wisconsin.
