Dr. Shirley Chan-Ramirez was absolutely wonderful. I reached out for an acute breastfeeding issue and she was able to promptly work me into her schedule, even on a holiday. I am a fourth-time mom and I’ve exclusively breast-fed all of my babies with never much trouble (with my first three). This was my first time ever seeing a professional lactation consultant for an evaluation and assistance with my fourth baby. Dr. Chan was so extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Chan to anyone who is looking for assistance with breast-feeding and their supply. Dr Chan is very thorough, detail oriented and empathetic. She took time to learn how she can help improve my supply. She was very prompt in responding to labs. I appreciated the way she took the time to check in with me few weeks later to see how I was doing. She was very easy to work with. I am so glad that I found her.
