Horrible experience!!!!! Be aware of these people. I decided to leave earlier but we get to an arrangement to keep the apartment open so they can find a new tenant while the remaining month of lease come at end. The result? My girlfriend is a resident here and her car was recently towed. We weren’t even there 5 mins when we come out to see her mustang being taken by a pickup truck with no marking and the rear wheels being dragged on the ground causing damage to the axles. I chase the driver down to drop the car and it’s some fat guy being rude and can’t even talk right without saying “and woo woo and ah ah” every other word. I had a valid visitor pass displayed in my vehicle, but this company towed my car anyway. I believe the pass was removed before they took photos to make it appear that I didn't have one. During the tow, my vehicle was damaged, including damage to the rear bumper. The owner, Anthony Soto, personally told me that he would take care of the damages, reimburse me, and have my vehicle repaired. Instead, they kept my vehicle for five days, returned it still damaged, and charged me over $500 in towing and storage fees to get it back... read more
Place is horrible. Not enough parking for residents. People from the nearby hotel park there cars there and then it becomes a problem for the residents when it’s time to park their car. I’ve complained to the company multiple times, even tried contacting the tow company but they don’t wanna do anything about it. Something has to be done.
