Roaches! They have a pest control that comes every Tuesday but it’s not enough. The roaches is coming from the walls and floors. I have florida pest control and they have terminex but that’s not the issue. The manager will try to comfort you and claim it’ll be resolve. But it will always be there. Rent here if you are ok living with persistent roaches appearing. I’ve been renting apartment 208 for 6 months and they have always been here. They don’t want to treat the building. My neighbors also told me they have roaches.
