Place is horrible. Not enough parking for residents. People from the nearby hotel park there cars there and then it becomes a problem for the residents when it’s time to park their car. I’ve complained to the company multiple times, even tried contacting the tow company but they don’t wanna do anything about it. Something has to be done. Be careful parking your car there!
If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. I am a current resident, and they will tow your car without warning. I have a valid resident parking sticker displayed, but my registration was apparently expired by 10 days because I had not yet placed the updated sticker on my plate. That is an issue between me and the DMV — not the community — especially when I already have the required resident parking permit on my vehicle. There was no warning. No notice.
