Writing Extremely unprofessional experience. Despite having an appointment, I was shuffled between two technicians, making the entire service feel disorganized and chaotic. I was then pressured to make a decision on the spot, being told I had to choose immediately because the technician was leaving soon. That kind of attitude is unacceptable and disrespectful to customers. Blossom Nails & Spa is a great spot for quality nail care. Henry, the owner, is incredibly accommodating and makes sure every client feels welcome and taken care of. The space is small and cozy, with about six chairs and sane for pedicure. Nails are always done with great care and precision.
Loved my nails! The shape is perfect, super clean work, and exactly what I asked for. The nails feel strong but still natural. Will definitely be coming back 💅✨
