I had a really frustrating experience with Blossom Nail UTC. I called on Friday to book an appointment for Sunday with my usual tech, and was told she would be on vacation until Tuesday. That was completely fine, so I asked to be scheduled with any available technician for Sunday at 10 AM. The appointment was confirmed, and I even received a reminder that morning, which I confirmed at 7 AM. I arrived at 9:58 AM, and there was no receptionist. While the shop was clean and the staff were friendly, the technician doing my daughter’s nails did not follow our directions. My daughter and niece wanted the same nails just a different color and provided a reference photo, the lady doing my daughter’s nails created a completely different design. One flower on the hand is bigger then the other. For $97, we should have gotten what we asked for.
Julia did absolutely amazing :)) We got dip powder and she was very friendly and talkative. Shes very fun loll
