The nail tech tried to sell me more than what I wanted. Then they cut my nails with a cuticle remover. I just received a regular pedicure with gel polish and she did not wash my feet. And when I ask her about it, she was arguing back and forth with her colleagues and I explained to the manager that my feet did not get washed. When her manager told her to wash my feet. She was upset. But if you are in the service of people and I stated that a service was not performed. Why would you get upset to do your job?

This is my go to spot for years friendly staff they go above and beyond clean space and 5 minute massage after nails are done free of course

The only good thing about this salon is probably no wait, and that's because they rush through things so fast and clumsily. I've never had to file and fix my nails after visiting a nail salon at home; they actually looked quite worse after my visit. The salon also doesn't seem clean at all, with arm rest covers that look like they're from ages ago. I wanted a simple mani and pedi, but the pedicurist offered their "spa" treatment. Just left this nail “spa” and I am truly unpleased. I came in for a simple acrylic removal and manicure. As I was seen pretty quickly by a nail tech, she seemed to be more concerned about what the nail technician to her left was doing, I did not feel like I was given the proper care and attention. Moreover, she did not fully remove the acrylic from my nails as you can see in the photos. Not only are all my nails uneven but she also failed to fully remove and properly clean my cuticles.
