I cannot recommend Blossom Indulgence enough!!! Sandy is just amazing, she went above and beyond any expectations of customer service. I was emailing from the UK & despite huge time differences, Sandy answered all my questions ( even at 10pm her time)! I also had a specific request which Sandy was willing to deal with. The flowers were amazing and so was the Teddy, they brought a lot of happiness to the recipient and Sandy also rang to check someone would be in to receive them AND sent me a photo of them so I could show the ... read more

Can not recommend Blossom Indulgence Flower Studio enough. Sandy made the entire experience so unique and the bouquet of flowers I received looked absolutely stunning. They put the biggest smile on someone's face! Will definitely be returning time and time again. Thank you for an incredible experience. 5 stars.

Blossom Indulgence are fabulous! The service Sandy provided, when I called with a last minute request (on Mother's Day of all days), was AMAZING! Such a genuine caring person who clearly loves what she does. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to make and deliver the flowers (which were absolutely gorgeous) the very same day. This is now my 'go to' florist when I need to send something within the Townsville area. Highly recommend Blossom Indulgence to anyone, you won't be disappointed!
