Stacey went above and beyond to ensure Birthday Flowers were delivered in 6 inches of snow! To make it worse... I had the wrong address. Stacey stayed on the phone with me as I called out landmarks(Ive only visited Bethel CT twice) trying to direct her. She looked up online trying to find the correct address, she stayed on the phone with me while I called the recipient to get the address. Then she followed up after successfully making the delivery.
