Good stay, however very hard customer service. I’ve been trying to get my items shipped to me and keep getting hung up on after having sent over the shipping label. UPS had a scheduled pick up time, during which the items were never handed over although I’ve paid for all of it… disappointing. I really hope someone steps in to help. Additionally, the room was not very clean with some dark straight hair found in the bathroom when I checked in.
Very clean rooms, the food was excellent. They also give patients from MD Anderson a very good rate. Parking a little expensive, but that was discounted also.
