Ordered an arrangement for my aunt's funeral because I could not go, and my family members sent me a picture of what was delivered and it is not what I ordered. I have emailed and called, nobody has returned my email or my calls I spent $130 on an arrangement that hardly had any flowers on it. It's tough times right now and I feel that people are taking advantage of people especially when they don't return phone calls or emails. It would be nice to hear from someone. Yolanda
