I ordered flowers for a birthday and they were about 40% of what the photo represented. At $100. It was an incredible disappointment. It’s taken me over a week with communications to try and resolve it. After speaking to lots of AI bots and going round and round it still isn’t resolved and frustrating. I really wanted this to work because it was close to a family members house and I would’ve been a repeat customer, but I can’t in good faith recommend this business.
Rebecca and Richard Chung are the kindest, most professional, and warmest florists I've met! Rebecca met with me in person, reviewed the PowerPoint I put together for my wedding flower color palette (lol yes I know, I'm a lot), and was so responsive with my questions via text. The day of, it was hot, the arch that my husband built broke (!!), and both Richard & Rebecca worked together to help fix the arch and cover the broken parts with flowers - as well as hold the arch down with some rocks they found nearby. Rebecca and her team were amazing! They made our dream come to life! I can’t tell you enough how thankful we are for Blossom Floral. The florals they did for our wedding was BEYOND beautiful and everything we could have imagined and more. Rebecca took the time to work with us and our budget. She was patient and thoughtful.
