We recently switched over to Blossom Dental Wellness and are very pleased with the service and care we received. My daughter and I had different hygienist and we were both satisfied with our cleaning. Today my young adult daughter had three fillings. Dr. Ben and Alice, the technician answered any questions she had. In addition they talked her thru whatever step they were on during the her dental work. Great team and clean facility. What more can you ask for from a dental office?
***3 Crowns in Less Than 5 years, due to Dental Negligence*** I started being a patient here, I believe, since 2019, before they changed their business name... They had the best reviews during that time. I had a root canal done with a crown around that year, I think, that went pretty well until a year after or so, it broke. I had it replaced (no fee). It broke again the following year or so (no fee) and I saw Dr. Ben that time because Dr Nguyen wasn't available, he examined my crown and told me it wasn't a good fit for me. W... read more
Use to go here for years! it was good until it wasn’t! the new staff is rude & disrespectful. They’re quick to be dismissive to not do their job. customer service is important. they’re lacking it! i won't ever be returning!!. Also, they’re quick to add on extra money not notify you about it! as the late fees pile up, their money hungry. they mess up on their work want you to pay for it. make it make sense!
