Our experience with Blossom ABA has been nothing short of frustrating and heartbreaking. There is a complete lack of accountability from both the company and the RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) they assign. It quickly became clear that they do not prioritize the well-being or progress of the children they claim to serve. We’ve been with Blossom ABA Therapy for just under a year, and our experience has been truly amazing. Dr. Carter has gone above and beyond — she’s consistent, determined, and incredibly resourceful. She quickly became more than a therapist to us; she’s like family. My son doesn’t typically connect with people easily, but he absolutely loves Dr. Carter. My experience has been terrible based on the ABA therapist I have recently had. I thought this was going to be a huge change in my daughter’s life and I was so happy and ready for the journey but unfortunately, the ABA therapist Miss Ryan Dimmed my light on the entire situation of helping my daughter. She was constantly letting me know that she was not going to be here on multiple days, and if she did come, she was always late.
