I just had the pleasure of visiting the blossom store on state road 7. My salesman Harold was very patient with me very knowledgeable. I just purchased a new stove, excellent service. Looking for a great deal and a sale stop by blossom gas.
I called Blossman last week and had the pleasure of speaking with Joslyn. She was so helpful and got me scheduled right away. Alfredo came for service this morning - he was extremely knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. A+ experience with these guys. Highly recommend !!!
Horrible customer service. I hired them to maintain my generac. I paid a lot for maintenance. Now the battery isn't charging and the woman in customer service told me it's not gas related and asked do I have someone who can work on the electrical. My mind is blown. I'm never using them again.
This company should be avoided. Their customer service stinks. They sent me a "service diagnostic check bill for 175.00 for their garbage defective equipment leased to me. I've decided to rid myself of their abusive billing. There are other companies that provide gas at less costly charges that are easier to deal with.
