Service is okay and workers are nice, but overcharges on the bill. Adds a lot of additional fees and service time on work actually performed.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They sent someone to take our tank with no warning one day due to a scheduling mistake on their end. They also have a minimum usage charge if you don’t use enough gas.
Blossman Gas Installed a new tankless hot water heater in my house on Oak Island recently. The whole experience was very positive. John came out and gave me an estimate and recommended a good electrician and plumber, who also did a good job. On the day of the install the technicians came out and began work. Emergency number on weekends is virtually useless. Soon to be an X-customer
I have now been stood up 2 times for a site visit and estimate to bring propane into my home from the Boliva, NC location. The rep is Jodie. 1st time, I was willing to give her a pass because we had snow and the roads were bad (phones still worked). 2nd time was today and after waiting over an hour, I call and find she is out sick. I understand "things happen" but a simple phone call or text was all that was necessary on either day.
