Blossman Gas Installed a new tankless hot water heater in my house on Oak Island recently. The whole experience was very positive. John came out and gave me an estimate and recommended a good electrician and plumber, who also did a good job. On the day of the install the technicians came out and began work. I have now been stood up 2 times for a site visit and estimate to bring propane into my home from the Boliva, NC location. The rep is Jodie. 1st time, I was willing to give her a pass because we had snow and the roads were bad (phones still worked). 2nd time was today and after waiting over an hour, I call and find she is out sick. I understand "things happen" but a simple phone call or text was all that was necessary on either day. My church is a new customer within the last few months. Blossman was suppose to install an electronic device to alert them of low propane, that did not happen and we ran out of fuel before Sundays service. I called Blossman on Mon to have the tank filled the service rep said they'd be out that day. Called Blossman later in the day to see if they had filled the tank and the rep said yes at 1030. The delivery person never told the office the tank was filled so they could turn on the heat and contact someone to light the water ... read more
This gas company was sent 400 from social services to keep the gas on for an elderly patient of mine. The patient has been trying to get a delivery all week and is about to be out of gas on one of the coldest nights of the year and still refuses to deliver until Friday. Don’t use this company if you ever have to use a voucher
