I would not recommend this Gas company because of the property damage that occurred at my residence. Make sure to read the fine print & make note that whatever the driver puts on his paperwork they will honor it over the satisfaction of their customers. Customer is never correct with this company.
It’s a long story; bad from the start. Ended with a call that one of my two tanks was leaking. I asked if it could be turned off. Told no. How much will I lose? Told an amount that was actually the total of the two tanks not the one. Told only way to stop leak was to have them return for a repair. So they returned. Go out of business would be ideal
I have been with blossman since 1984. rental tank. i have never been penalized for not buying 100 gallons of propane in the course of my yearly contract until this year. I will terminate my contract because of this. There are other companies out there. You just lost a 36 year customer.
RecommendedA huge shout out to Buck and Brian and all the folk in the Oakwood / Gainesville location! They are they best! Just recently converted to a Gas Range and connected Gas Logs! Can’t wait for our Tankless Hot Water Heater to be installed! You will not go wrong by choosing Blossman Gas & Appliance. Especially if your in the Gainesville, GA area!! I highly recommend!
Bunch of crooks. Bought my house in 2015. It had a large tank on the property for my fireplace. The tank was unmarked and 60% full. I only had it for my fireplace in emergency situations and we never used it. Blossman just showed up to take the tank because it belonged to them. I asked for proof and the guy said the serial number matches his paperwork. I will be getting gas for my fireplace but it will NOT be with Blossman. My grandma took me and my 2 kids in when I got divorced. She has a large propane tank and lives on a fixed income. Now we (the whole world) are in a crisis financially and health wise and the Blossman reps at the Douglasville, GA location say they rather us run out of gas than to come and let us pay on April 8th. My grandma offered to pay the bill on April 8th but they are refusing to give us any gas until she has payment in hand. Mind you, our current bill is 0.00. Paid up to date.
