RecommendedJust moved in to our new house which runs off of propane. Tank was running low and we needed it to be filled before the holidays got here for cooking. They scheduled us immediately for a refill. Customer service was great!
For years our tank has constantly run empty. Even though we are set up on auto fill, no one fills it up. The delivery guy does not even check. The tank sits empty. There are always excuses like “no one was home” or, “we didn’t fill it up because the tank was empty. We need to check the house and we don’t have a ladder”. It is only empty because they don’t fill it. We have ladders they can borrow if they would just ask. To get the tank filled we have to flag down the driver when he is in the neighborhood. RecommendedChris Blackman the Blossman driver stopped by my house this morning to check my gas levels and fill my tank. I told him I had been having a problem about my gas disappearing without my use the last 2 years. I was told by the Blossman fellow that services my logs there was no leak in the house and someone else would come and check my tanks. That never happened.
