ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE (Del Property Management) After moving in, we found multiple basic issues: the washer, dryer, oven, and AC were not working. The AC was fixed fairly quickly, but after 54 days, we still cannot use the in-unit laundry. When we expressed our frustration about not having laundry, Del Property Management sent us a Google link to a nearby laundromat. This is a scam account. The phone number provided isn't even from Ontario. They don't respond when you call them
They let people that don’t live here use the amenities and security is lacking and I’ve been discriminated and harassed, Uber drives block garage doors. Someone vandalized my car. It’s been a bad experience here and meanwhile they always want more and more rent while they go against the lease agreement for my safety and security in this building!
