I cannot say enough kind words about this clinic. The entire staff was incredibly empathetic, gentle, and compassionate throughout my experience. I feel so lucky to live in a country where clinics like this one are covered by OHIP. I was able to get an appointment for a D&C within days of calling and while I felt very nervous, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the procedure was from start to finish. After signing the forms and paying the $60 clinic fee I was greeted by Dee who immediately made me feel comfortable. this is a great clinic!! everything is super detailed and thorough, if your feeling anxious it’s totally understandable but the pain was more discomfort that anything!! felt better almost instantly and was treated with care! much appreciated
