Been coming to the veterinarians office for a little over a year, had my dog neutered here as well as his first and second round of vaccinations. From the get-go, it’s been made to feel extortionate with the things that they want you to pay for. Do not go here - these people will aggravate your pet and then proceed to call animal services. We took our cat Luna to this hospital today. She had been peeing outside of her litter box for a few days and finally she vomited a few times which is when we realized something was wrong and we needed to take her to see a vet. Luna is highly anxious but an incredibly well behaved Bombay, she has never bitten or even scratched anyone ever. I took my cat Spooky here, and they were always very kind and patient, informed me of all my options, and made sure that I had the time and tools to make the best decision. Sadly, yesterday the "best decision" was a nearly impossible one, and it was time for me to say goodbye. As awful as it was the entire staff at BWVAH did what they could to ease the pain.
