Bloor West Optometry is wonderful! Their availability and care is excellent, and both Dr. Burroughs and Dr. Tam-Wai are careful and thorough. They focus on patient outcomes, and are wonderful with my young children as well.
Outstanding care and patient support
I rarely leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience with Bloor West Optometry. While the doctor herself was very nice, the overall service and management of the office were deeply disappointing. We had repeated issues with appointments not being confirmed or followed up on, which caused unnecessary confusion and delays.
