Great staff. From Dr Wendy Tam Wai, whom I've seen for 20 years, to staff like Alex who listens to how glasses fit me and my tastes to be sure my latest prescription will meet my needs and be both stylish and durable. Also great that they can do special exams including visual field tests. Thanks Bloor West Optometry!

Very good timely professional service. The staff are friendly and helpful in every way.
Excellent attention to the patients needs. High quality of service and you can tell they know what they are doing. Location has modern equipment, clean and the optometrists are great! I have seen Dr. Tam-Wei several times over the years and she is great! My kids also come here and well taken care of. Good selection of frames for one stop experience.
We met Dr. Wendy and her team for the first time today and had a great experience. My 4 year old had her first eye exam and Dr. Wendy was patient and thorough. They also have lot of selection of adult and kids frames in the store.
