I brought my 81 year old brother for an eye exam and saw Dr Ali. She was extremely patient, persevered when my brother could not correctly position himself in the assessment equipment and was able to problem solve to reach her findings. She made us feel very comfortable. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend Dr Ali and the staff at Bloor West Optical.
