Over the past twelve years, my experiences with Bloor West Optometry have been delightful. The doctors are very knowledgeable, provide excellent eye care, and take the time to explain treatments and recommendations. The congenial office staff value my time making appointments, accommodating my schedule, sending text appointment reminders, and making me feel welcome. I’ve been a client/customer of Bloor West Optometry since 2010. My visit this January confirmed the practice continues to hum with efficiency and plain helpfulness. Whom to thank? I clearly made the right choice choosing Dr. Lauren Horochowskyj for my recent eye exam. From the moment I walked in, the staff at Bloor West Optometry had a vision for great service. January 16, 2025 Update: It’s 2 years later and I can’t say enough about the stellar level of care I receive from the moment I enter this office. Dr. Tam-Wai has never deviated from being her highly professional and friendly self. She has consistently and patiently answered my questions and satisfactorily explained everything to my understanding as different health scares have arisen through the years.
