All the staff are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Have received excellent treatment from Dr. Wat, who is always friendly and patient when listening to concerns and answering questions. Also had a great experience with Dr Chan—a gum graft that went smoothly and healed perfectly. The dental hygiene staff take great care and the front desk staff are super on the ball with submitting insurance/billing, booking, and reminders. Great first experience at this dental office, the customer service is very nice and friendly, and the office is clean. The assistant and Dr Wat are very knowledgeable, meticulous in their work and patient to explain your issues. I went there for X-ray and checkup, I'm happy to have finally found my dentist after several experiences in the west end.
