They never honour appointment times. Always running behind. Every single time. If you need a new dentist and value your time, look elsewhere.
Dr. Carolyn Poon-Woo is the most gentle dentist I have ever had in my 67 years. She is exceptionally kind, gentle and a perfectionist. I fractured a tooth and she repaired it today. She is truly an artist. I do not like leaving these compliments as she will become busier and more difficult to schedule appointments with. In addition, she has a great assistant named Galea. Her entire office staff is amazing.
