Dr Freedman is well intentioned and an excellent dentist, but I feel compelled to share that on reflection after being a patient for 2 years, I wish I'd initially gotten a referral to a reputable surgeon for my TMJ issues (don't be weary of good surgeons, they are conservative and offer surgery as a last resort!). In addition, the TMJ Association is a trustworthy resource available online to inform your decisions on splint use.

Big thanks to the amazing team at Bloor Dental Health Centre — super welcoming front desk, Dr. Freedman keeping things informative and funny, and Elina the hygienist for being so gentle and reassuring. Honestly one of the most relaxed dental visits I’ve had. Highly recommend!
