I brought my car here impromptu when my tire exploded on the highway. From the moment I called them they kind and understanding, especially the women at the front desk and who I spoke with on the phone (I'm so sorry I'm awful at names). The women at the front desk was able to get my car seen even though the shop was booked for the day since I needed to be able to work ASAP. We purchased winter tires with sensors for our 2025 Equinox EV, and the sensors did not update the Tire Pressure monitor system. Bloor Auto were hell bent on resolving the problem, and indeed they were able to successfully update the TPS system. Kudos to Sheldon and Anna for their attentiveness and goodwill. Truly they are our neighborhood mechanics.

🚨 This place is a complete scam. Go anywhere else. If you value your job and your time, do NOT take your car here. ⚠️ This shop is completely unprofessional and unreliable. Every time I brought my car in, the quote went up by $200–$500, and they never provided anything in writing.
