This is the second time we have had our vehicles serviced here, first time given a quote then we showed up to pick up the vehicle and the price was more then quoted. Now today I brought my cargo van was given a price over the phone yesterday around 560-570 dollars for rear brakes, seemed like a really good deal for the type of vehicle, I get a call today after I specifically told them to call me if there are any additional costs, they called me and said the job was now 870 dollars plus taxes. Stay AWAY from this business!!! Last summer I took my 2015 Audi q3 to get a sway bar replacement for noise that was coming when turning the wheel. After spending $1200 and a week without a vehicle the noise continued and they told me it’s bcoz it’s an older car and the noise is something I’d have to “live with” , fast forward 6 months later I took the car to another shop and they showed me the sway bar that was APPARENTLY replaced (pictures attached) They did NOTHING !! Great service. The lady at the front desk was helpful. Fast and efficient service. One thing to note there's not much space for parking but I found that it has easy access in queen st.
