Had nothing but positive experiences with the staff at Bloor. Just received some really beautiful flowers from them after having to say goodbye to our beloved family member Luc. Thank you to the all the staff for putting so much compassion and care into your work.
Have been taking my Dog's there for years. Management seems to have changed and New Veterinarian's are there but still for me the same quality care for my pooch is still there.
I recently returned to BAH and met with Dr. Zheng. She was kind and really listened to my concerns. She was very patient with me and didn't push me to do anything I didn't feel comfortable with with my pet. I appreciate that we came up with a plan together and the staff were quick to send her recommendation to me. Thank you again!
