The customer service was great. Avery was awesome from the very first phone call. They did an amazing job providing flowers for a baby shower. The arrangements were beautiful. They were delivered and set up on time and without any issues. Would highly recommend and definitely will be using again! Thank you again, Bloomtopia Avery made everything easy.
What was ordered and what recipient got, not even close with nearly all substitutions. Deluxe Woodland shows 3 red roses, got 2 white roses painted a hue of bright pink/orange. No silver ornament embellishments. Arrived a day late. I purchased online a $60 Deluxe arrangement with 10% off promo. Was told “order was sent for $60, after subtracting $15 for delivery fee, there was $45 left for flowers….$45 gets you 2 roses”. Upon purchase, I had already paid a delivery fee over $20. I ordered one of the lily arrangements for a friend , it was beautiful. The flowers were fresh and the arrangement looked exactly as pictured. The prices are very reasonable, the arrangement was delivered on the specified day. I had the pleasure of meeting the staff recently, it is a family owned business who are both warm and friendly. I would highly recommend their service I know I will purchase from them again
Bloomtipia is a great business! I made a mistake on my order and they were very patient and went out of their way to help me get flowers on Valentine's Day. The bouquet was beautiful. Definitely recommend!
Arrangement was left on porch without anyone home. Weren’t going to be home for days later. Came home to empty vase with flowers tossed all around front yard all wilted and dried up. Called to inform them and nothing was done about it. Would never recommend this florist to anyone. Money just tossed in garbage!! Shame on them! Happy Mother’s Day!!
