What was ordered and what recipient got, not even close with nearly all substitutions. Deluxe Woodland shows 3 red roses, got 2 white roses painted a hue of bright pink/orange. No silver ornament embellishments. Arrived a day late. I purchased online a $60 Deluxe arrangement with 10% off promo. Was told “order was sent for $60, after subtracting $15 for delivery fee, there was $45 left for flowers….$45 gets you 2 roses”. Upon purchase, I had already paid a delivery fee over $20. Bloomtipia is a great business! I made a mistake on my order and they were very patient and went out of their way to help me get flowers on Valentine's Day. The bouquet was beautiful. Definitely recommend!
I ordered one of the lily arrangements for a friend , it was beautiful. The flowers were fresh and the arrangement looked exactly as pictured. The prices are very reasonable, the arrangement was delivered on the specified day. I had the pleasure of meeting the staff recently, it is a family owned business who are both warm and friendly. I would highly recommend their service I know I will purchase from them again
Arrangement was left on porch without anyone home. Weren’t going to be home for days later. Came home to empty vase with flowers tossed all around front yard all wilted and dried up. Called to inform them and nothing was done about it. Would never recommend this florist to anyone. Money just tossed in garbage!! Shame on them! Happy Mother’s Day!!
I had a great experience with this flower shop. The flowers were super fresh, beautiful, and even better than I expected. You can tell they really care about quality. My order arrived right on time, which made everything stress free. I’d definitely recommend them if you want great flowers and reliable service.
