Ordered these flowers through Costco and the ones that did arrive were dead, brown and wilted. My greenery and replacement roses never arrived for my wedding and ruined one of the most important days of my life. They are a complete scam.

I’ve had to purchase bouquets from Bloomstar numerous times as a last resort & have been shorted roses almost every buy. Their counts are off, which the average person wouldn’t notice unfortunately. Their rose quality is also horribly inconsistent, and they’ve jacked the prices up 50% around Valentine’s which is understandable - but this should be met with QUALITY & PROPER COUNTS. Do better.

Does not even deserve 1 star! My God Son sent me flowers in remembrance of my daughter's 5th death anniversary. Last year's flowers was a little frozen and I did not say anything. This year, the entire bouquet was frozen when it was delivered and I'm not keeping quiet about it. I contacted Bloomstar but no response was received. If Bloomstar is reading this review and care about their business, show some respect. I want an acknowledgement , an apology and a full refund to the sender.
