My family ordered 4dozen roses on Sept9/25 for my 70th birthday which was yesterday. They live in Saskatchewan. I live in Calgary. This florist shipped via UPS with NO water stems on any of the roses or a small cold bags inside box. Most flowers were in bad shape especially the white & light pink. It's hasn't been 24hrs & I have lost close to 1/2. I told my family they should request a full refund. Note this florist has locations close to Calgary. Why would you ship from Vancouver???? Ordered my wedding garlands from Costco, who uses them as suppliers. I am in complete tears and beyond upset. My wedding is in two days, and the garlands arrived all rotted and brown and broken. It is a perishable item, so I couldn’t order any earlier and now I have zero recourse time to do anything else!!! It is one of the biggest day of my life and it has been ruined because of this. I am upset with Costco and with this abomination of a company. If I could give zero stars I would!!!
