I tried dealing with the sales associate in the Peterborough Costco for 4 weeks to order flowers for my wedding, I needed to go through them. I was told because delivery was only Tuesday Wednesday Thursday. Not once did he tell me that I could not make a bulk order through them. I had to go through Costco. 4 weeks went by and I called head office and that's when they told me. I wasted 4 weeks that I can't get back, And they were very rude on the phone about it. Should be "0" stars. This is the flower supplier for Costco. They are a terrible company to work for. 2024 T4 said I was employeed in Ontario but that was false I worked in Nova Scotia. Contacted the supervisor and head office about the mistake and was told they don't have an office in Nova Scotia so T4 says where nearest office is and it won't matter.
