Been to 3 Costco locations in Ottawa to order for an event… can never find a lady on the floor… and the manager doesn’t responds to any left inquires….
I tried dealing with the sales associate in the Peterborough Costco for 4 weeks to order flowers for my wedding, I needed to go through them. I was told because delivery was only Tuesday Wednesday Thursday. Not once did he tell me that I could not make a bulk order through them. I had to go through Costco. 4 weeks went by and I called head office and that's when they told me. I wasted 4 weeks that I can't get back, And they were very rude on the phone about it.
