I tried dealing with the sales associate in the Peterborough Costco for 4 weeks to order flowers for my wedding, I needed to go through them. I was told because delivery was only Tuesday Wednesday Thursday. Not once did he tell me that I could not make a bulk order through them. I had to go through Costco. 4 weeks went by and I called head office and that's when they told me. I wasted 4 weeks that I can't get back, And they were very rude on the phone about it. Should be "0" stars. This is the flower supplier for Costco. They are a terrible company to work for. 2024 T4 said I was employeed in Ontario but that was false I worked in Nova Scotia. Contacted the supervisor and head office about the mistake and was told they don't have an office in Nova Scotia so T4 says where nearest office is and it won't matter. So, I have been a repeat customer of the flowers sold at Costco in BC. There's no doubt that the bouquets are great. But I come back for the excellent customer service first and foremost. My last few visits had me concerned though. A Mexican supervisor was openly berating the floor staff who have been wonderful to me and other repeat customers over the years. The supervisor seems new.
