Very professional and very kind Dr. and staff. It was a sad day for us because our cat had to be put to sleep, but I was very thankful for the kindness and respect that was given at this vet today.
I have a few different veterinary practices that are closer to me but I prefer to make the drive to the Bloomsburg vet simply because I am always beyond satisfied with how my pets and myself are treated. I am always able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time & I find it convenient that they have evening hours for those of us that work later. Let people sit 1/2 he past appt time with no one else here what away to run a business
We've been a client for decades, I averaged this experience, averaged 2.6 so I gave you a 3! My kitty BOO was not eating and acting sick, this was 4 weeks ago! They wanted to give me an appointment for the next day, but I had another appointment for that day, so they gave me an appointment for 2 WEEKS later! Every day for 2 weeks I held my breath when it was time to feed her, hoping she was still with me! When we finally got to see the vet, she was GREAT! That's what brought the score up!
We have been bringing mocha there ever since she was a puppy she always got the best care and she got sick stopped eating we took her over there her intestines were so bad that we couldn't save her if I ever get another dog I'll definitely take them their they did everything they could to try to save her
