Ordered a big red and orange arrangement.....got yellow and pink none of the right flowers either.
I did not look at the Google reviews before I ordered. This was a major loss! The flowers I ordered for my fiance on her very first mother's day arent even what I ordered not even close to the amount of flowers or balloons i ordered and they just left them outside in the sun for the chocolate to melt. Not even a knock at the door, no attempt to ring the doorbell. They completely robbed me. They are refusing to refund any more than the service fee of $10.68 out of an almost $200 order. Don't use this company's services for special events; they don't deliver, and you'll miss the moment you were planning. Or, for special occasions, they don't deliver, they say they do, but they don't deliver to the scheduled locations.
Don’t even try to get same day delivery. They will wait until an hour before the cutoff and then say they can’t deliver them. So extremely disappointed. Won’t be using them again.
Had a terrible experience here. The guy who takes the calls is very rude. You guys need to work on customer service.
