Worst flower shop I've ever used! I placed my order a day before the flowers were meant to be delivered, paid for the express service, and yet it was never delivered.
They left me so disappointed. I ordered flowers for my wedding anniversary and they failed to deliver as promised, without any explanation or any communication. If it was possible to give less than one star, I would.
I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day and paid an additional $10 on top of the original amount to have them delivered on a holiday. Received an email stating they were delivered but they were NOT delivered. I’ve tried calling and emailing with no response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!
Terrible customer service, did not deliver at all and they are impossible to reach to get a refund. Honestly they should shut down
My first time using them they were excellent. Everything was delivered on time and the flowers were exactly as Advertised. My 2nd time I ordered a week in advance a few days before the Scheduled delivery date i got a email saying that they would have to reschedule the delivery date so I agreed to a new date. The morning of the new delivery date they send another email saying they were canceling my order. They did refund my money and gave a small credit on my account.
