Ordered a big red and orange arrangement.....got yellow and pink none of the right flowers either.
I did not look at the Google reviews before I ordered. This was a major loss! The flowers I ordered for my fiance on her very first mother's day arent even what I ordered not even close to the amount of flowers or balloons i ordered and they just left them outside in the sun for the chocolate to melt. Not even a knock at the door, no attempt to ring the doorbell. They completely robbed me. They are refusing to refund any more than the service fee of $10.68 out of an almost $200 order.
