I went to Blooms on Parkhill for roses for my wedding and children’s christening. I was greeted by Dorela and instantly knew this was the florist for me. She did my bouquet, individual roses for vases on tables, and an arrangement for our entry signage. Poped in a few days ago and I was really happy to see a great range of flowers a very fresh.
Amazing flowers. Amazing service. What more could you ask for. I originally ordered the birthday bucket with roses but then decided that gerberas would be better as they were my daughter's favourite flower. It was no problem changing the flower at the last minute and I even got an upgrade to the next size because the gerberas are a less expensive flower. Horrible customer service. The staff member wouldn’t let me make my own bouquet and then went on to tell me that it would cost $20 to wrap the flowers for me after agreeing to making a bouquet. Overpriced and horrible customer service.
Beautiful flowers, fresh and perfectly arranged. Friendly staff and great service. Highly recommend!
