Purchased 2 bunches of flowers - asked for them to be combined. Was advised that there would be a $5 fee to do this - you are a florist. Since when does a simple request of great customer service have a fee attached when you are already paying the fee for the purchase of the flowers. You have lost a customer in me and I will circulate to others your money focus rather than your good customer service.
Absolutely amazing service. Was the only flower shop open on good Friday. There were so many beautiful bunches to pick from. The flowers made a special someone really happy which made my day.
I went to Blooms on Parkhill for roses for my wedding and children’s christening. I was greeted by Dorela and instantly knew this was the florist for me. She did my bouquet, individual roses for vases on tables, and an arrangement for our entry signage. Poped in a few days ago and I was really happy to see a great range of flowers a very fresh.
Amazing flowers. Amazing service. What more could you ask for. I originally ordered the birthday bucket with roses but then decided that gerberas would be better as they were my daughter's favourite flower. It was no problem changing the flower at the last minute and I even got an upgrade to the next size because the gerberas are a less expensive flower.
