Ordered corsage and boutonnière asked for a pick up time of 2. I went in to pick my stuff up and they told me it wasn’t ready and there was no notes or any communication that it needed to be picked up by 2- even though I called twice to double check about this. I've ordered flowers from Blooms of Paradise three times, twice within the last month. The flowers have been absolutely beautiful each time, and the owner and staff are so helpful! This is now my go-to flower shop for any occasion! Edit: I have now ordered more than 10 times - every time I think that I have seen the most beautiful arrangement possible, they somehow make it even better the next time! Ordered flowers for Mother's Day on behalf of my grandson. As of 8:00 pm, the flowers had not arrived. Thank you for ruining a special day.
I just ordered these flowers for Mother's Day, and it is not the same. They are dead looks like, and I called them. I called them, and I explained to them and provided them with pictures, but they still denied that they looked great to them, and I spent $136 for dead flowers. This was my first time and it was going to be last time.
