Ordered a Florist Choice arrangement a week in advance for my friend’s Mother’s Day. She lives approx 7 miles away in Bristol. Requested delivery the Friday before Sunday’s holiday. Late Friday the florists calls my friend and asks if the delivery could be made the next day? She agreed as the surprise element had been diminished. Charged for flowers that were not delivered,claimed payment was declined. Payment was charged to my credit card.
Your mom's flowers were very beautiful and was exactly what we requested. The florist was most accommodating to my sister and myself in our time of mourning.
