I've always loved Bloom. I grew up in Corona del Mar. Our family's been living here since 1991 and Blooms was our go-to spot. I don't know if they're under new management or what's happened but the staff have treated us horribly the last few times we've been there. My mum had an issue with one of the florists because she was so rude and when the manager/owner came to handle the situation she told my mum she didn't care if she received her business. I've been going to this spot and their other spots maybe twice a month for many years. It's always been five stars with the staff, the flowers, and the arrangements. It's been my go-to for every event where I need flowers. But now there's a new employee that's been short with me twice in person. And then last month I called to ask for an arrangement 30 minutes before they closed but she didn't hang up the phone and started talking crap. Sent the owner two emails, no response. Breaking up w Blooms is sad but necessary

My boyfriend and I drove by Blooms a few years ago and have been coming here ever since. The flowers always look fresh and they last a while. We love that we can build our own bouquet at an affordable price and it's a fun cute little date idea. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The shop itself is small but so charming and inviting. We love stopping by and would recommend them to anyone!
