We are from out of town but have ordered twice for local funerals. The first funeral was 2 years ago and we were satisfied so I ordered again recently. I was tremendously disappointed and embarrassed. I ordered directly from the florist website and I wanted a large bouquet. What I ordered and what was delivered were two completely different things, and definitely not worth the money.
Delivered on time. Lovely arrangement as ordered.
Don't go here they let their drivers run people off the road. And not do nothing about it
Messed up my order and took no accountability. Tried educating me on how 3rd parties work and how they're sorry they messed up, but they only get a certain amount of the sale, as if that made anything better. Dude had to be forced to apologize for the mistake. I wasn't even asking for money from them, just an apology.
