Have been a regular customer purchasing flowers from this small business occasionally over the past 2 years. Ellie was kind and catered to my graduation bouquet requests on this occasion. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication with the bouquet arrangement and pricing. But Ellie apologised and also brought the price down close to my original budget which was superb customer service. I just want to say thank you very much for honest business and I look forward to being a customer in the future :)
Ellie was warm and receptive and listened carefully to my need to send flowers late on a Saturday to a grieving family. I was ringing from WA(3 hours behind eastern DLST). She spoke to me at length then sent photos of her suggestions and prices to my phone. She asked me to send the name, address and my message for the card to her which was wonderful as I had time to think and compose.
