Ellie was warm and receptive and listened carefully to my need to send flowers late on a Saturday to a grieving family. I was ringing from WA(3 hours behind eastern DLST). She spoke to me at length then sent photos of her suggestions and prices to my phone. She asked me to send the name, address and my message for the card to her which was wonderful as I had time to think and compose. Fantastic service and attention to detail. Great communication from florist at all stages of the order. Recieved text messages with updates and photos of the beautiful arrangement prior to delivery as well as confirmation when it had been delivered.
