I received a basket with sunflowers etc. in it from Blooms At The 49th and was very disappointed the flower where already on there way out when I received it but I did not want to be rude to the person giving it to me. He also mentioned that he was treated rather rudely by the person who served him (he thought it was because he had just finished work and was scruffy)this arrangement was over a hundred dollars and did not even last a couple of days. This is not the first time this has happened.
This was my first time buying flowers, and I truly appreciate the thoughtful recommendations. I had a perfect shopping experience! I’ll definitely be coming back.
I’d ordered a full vase on Saturday morning for delivery that afternoon for a friend. Saw it a day later; it was stunning and worth every penny!! Thank you Blooms, you’re amazing!!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bloom's At The 49th! I walked in knowing absolutely nothing about flowers, but the incredible staff made me feel completely supported and confident. dealing with this florist was very disappointing - I ordered a dozen assorted roses - what was given to me was 6 white roses, 6 green roses, no baby breath, no greenery - it was a gift, I asked for the long floral box - no box, I was offered a small white box with roses sticking out for me to give to someone.
