I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bloom's At The 49th! I walked in knowing absolutely nothing about flowers, but the incredible staff made me feel completely supported and confident. Their knowledge and genuine passion for what they do really stood out. dealing with this florist was very disappointing - I ordered a dozen assorted roses - what was given to me was 6 white roses, 6 green roses, no baby breath, no greenery - it was a gift, I asked for the long floral box - no box, I was offered a small white box with roses sticking out for me to give to someone. Was closed and empty during the advertised business hours with no sign or note or details as to why. Ref.: Sunday 1400, sept 15. Online and store hours showed it was supposed to be open up until 1500.
Wonderful experience dealing with Blooms At The 49th! Gorgeous, fresh flowers and the designer was helpful and paid attention to detail. Even took the time to send a couple of photos so I could see what was being delivered. Sometime flowers are for something very specific and special and it's so important to get it right. Very happy with this florist - thanks!
