I recently shopped at Blooms for the 1st time (I don't live close to Stirling) and ordered a birthday arrangement for my friend. She said the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Karen (owner) was a delight to talk with--very cheerful and friendly. I was confident after talking with her that my friend would really enjoy the arrangement. Karen is also incredibly accommodating.
