Donna Spaulding lied to us when we signed up said we wouldn’t be charged with things and here we are. She says anything just to get you to sign those papers.

Worst company ever. They pretend to be local florist and say that they’re filling an order when really they’re just selling it off for half the cost charge my card for $120 but only spent $45 to the local florist. My arrangement was sad and pathetic standing there all alone at the services for my mother.

If my daughter knew the flowers she paid $149.99 to send me were not close to what she ordered, she would be upset. See photos- bouquet she ordered shows easily over a dozen roses. I received only TWO sad looking roses surrounded by cheap filler- primarily carnations. And, the two sad roses never even opened! No better than grocery store flowers which would have been a fraction of the price. I’ll never tell my daughter - she wasted her money. Don’t waste yours….

Florists - let me save you the trouble. This is the worst wire service you can possibly go with. We did $8,000+ worth of business and out of that only got paid $1,600. Not even 25%. How they get you is they have an endless list of penalties they will stick to every order and there is no way for you to refute their penalties. Crooked people from the top down. Go to Teleflora. Or learn the hard way like me. Up to you.
