If my daughter knew the flowers she paid $149.99 to send me were not close to what she ordered, she would be upset. See photos- bouquet she ordered shows easily over a dozen roses. I received only TWO sad looking roses surrounded by cheap filler- primarily carnations. And, the two sad roses never even opened! No better than grocery store flowers which would have been a fraction of the price. I’ll never tell my daughter - she wasted her money. Don’t waste yours….
Florists - let me save you the trouble. This is the worst wire service you can possibly go with. We did $8,000+ worth of business and out of that only got paid $1,600. Not even 25%. How they get you is they have an endless list of penalties they will stick to every order and there is no way for you to refute their penalties. Crooked people from the top down. Go to Teleflora. Or learn the hard way like me. Up to you.
If you are a florist stay away. You DO NOT matter. Leadership does not call you back. Organizational structure is a joke all at 29% of your order flow. Call customer service you need a workflow to speak to a manager. We DID 300k with this customer service power house and we get NOTHING. Can’t reject, can’t ask for more, they are designed to use you while you last… all the wires are bad, this one leads the pack.
If I could have, they would have received 0 stars. They do not follow their own guidelines then penalize you for it. Worst experience ever working with them. I could not get rid of them fast enough.
Received two floral arrangements, ordered through different web florists, both fulfilled by Bloomnet fulfillment and delivery. Both orders were the most expensive large bouquets offered. The delivered bouquets were small, half filler greens, aged roses - one could have bought either bouquet at a grocery for $8. Lesson, find a good local florist.
